All orders have a flat rate shipping cost of $80.
For Free Shipping spend over $499 on fish of the same collection or protocol.
Just the Fish (unquarantined) orders will ship automatically once the order is ready.
14-Day Clean (Quarantine) Fish take more time, so we will contact you when they are ready for shipping or local pick up.
Collectors Chamber Fish will ship automatically once the fish complete(s) QT.
and Signature Fish will ship next available business day.
Once an order ships you will receive a confirmation email with carrier tracking information.
Weather conditions: In the case of unsafe temperatures or extreme weather conditions we will contact you prior to shipping to redirect your package to a temperature-controlled FedEx Ship Center, or hold off on shipping until extreme weather conditions/warnings improve to avoid delays.

We offer local pickup at our Torrance, CA location by appointment only.
Monday - Thursday
12pm - 5:00pm
We ship Monday-Thursday, excluding holidays.
Deliveries are made Tuesday-Friday.
